About
I served over eight years in the United States Marine Corps as a Radio Operator, working with secure communications in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. When I transitioned out of the military, I didn’t know what to do next. I chose cybersecurity because it was a natural fit for the skills I had already developed, but there was no clear roadmap showing how those skills translated or where to begin.
To solve that problem, I created the resource I wish I had. I created a crawl, walk, run approach to cybersecurity that breaks complex concepts into clear, practical steps. This approach is designed for veterans and beginners who want a structured path into cybersecurity without feeling overwhelmed or lost.
My focus is on making cybersecurity easier to understand, showing how real-world skills apply, and removing unnecessary gatekeeping. Through clear explanations, practical examples, and structured learning, my goal is to help people build confidence, reduce risk, and develop skills that translate directly into real environments.
